General Questions

Is gift wrap available?

The Packers Pro Shop offers gift bags on most items that we fulfill. Gift bags are not available for items fulfilled by 3rd party vendors. Some items can't be wrapped because of their unusual size, weight, or shape. Items will arrive in their original packaging in the gift bag.
To gift bag an item, select the item(s) to be gift bagged from the Gift Options section below the items during the checkout process. Your gift will be bagged in our exclusive green cloth bag with white Packers logos.
You will not have the option to select the bag size, our fulfillment team selects the appropriate size bag for each item. Packers Gift Bags are $7.99 per bag regardless of bag size. If a customer orders more than one of the same item and selects the gift bag option, the customer will automatically receive one gift bag per item and be charged per gift bag.
The total charge for gift bags will be displayed in the order summary prior to checkout. If you have custom gift bag fulfillment requests, please contact the Packers Pro Shop Customer Contact Center during normal hours of operation. Gift Messaging is not available at this time.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once your order is placed, we are unable to change or cancel it. Please make sure all your information is correct before submitting your order. If you would like to return your order for a refund once it arrives, please follow the return instructions on our Returns Policy page.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Packers Pro Shop gift cards, PayPal and Amazon Pay. We are unable to accept gift cards issued by MasterCard, Visa or American Express at this time. We do not accept C.O.D.'s.

What forms of payment does the Packers Pro Shop at Lambeau Field and Titletown businesses accept?

Lambeau Field and Packers-owned Titletown businesses are no longer accepting cash. Fans, guests and visitors can use traditional credit/debit card payment methods, as well as a variety of contactless payment solutions such as Mastercard Nearby Mobile App, Apple Pay, Google Pay and tap-and-go credit cards. More mobile payment solutions will be introduced in future seasons. Checks will not be accepted.

Is there sales tax on my purchase?

Packers Pro Shop charges sales tax in every U.S. state and applicable local jurisdiction except: Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon. All taxes are automatically calculated and added to your online order form.

What is your price adjustment policy?

We are happy to complete a price adjustment for current sale merchandise. This adjustment can be made up to 7 days from the original date of purchase, you will receive an in store credit for the difference. Clearance, or permanently marked down merchandise, is excluded from our price adjustment policy.

How do I obtain a donation item?

Donation requests must be directed to our Community Relations department. They can be reached by calling 1-920-569-7302.

When will I be billed for items shipping directly from the manufacturer?

You will be billed at the time of purchase for items shipped directly from the manufacturer. Those items will ship to you at a later date.

What is the customized product review policy and why was my customized product order cancelled?

We want our fans to celebrate their unique Packers pride by customizing certain products. While we have some customization screening in place on the site that rejects offensive messaging, some custom messages get past our brand safety screening and the customer is able to complete the order through the website. As an additional safety precaution, all custom orders are individually reviewed at our fulfillment center, with respect to the Green Bay Packers team, coaches and community, and not all requested customization text is accepted. The Green Bay Packers reserves the right to reject and cancel any customization order for any reason, including messages that are deemed offensive, divisive or inappropriate. Rejected custom orders will be refunded.

How do I submit a rating and review for a product?

Thank you for taking the time to review products that you've purchased from the Packers Pro Shop! To submit a review, go to the item's product page. Select "Add Your Review", or expand the "Reviews" section and select "Be the first to review this product". Rate the product from 1 to 5 stars, with 1 being the lowest rating and 5 being the highest. Add your thoughts, and select "Submit Review". Please note whether or not you would recommend this product to other customers. Include comments regarding its quality, performance and ease of use as appropriate. Please be as specific as possible in describing what you did or did not like about the product. Only the nickname you enter will show with the review, personal information will not be shown.

When will my rating appear?

It may take 3 to 5 business days before approved reviews appear on the site. We reserve the right to withhold reviews that include:

  • Obscenity, discriminatory language or wording inappropriate to public forum.
  • Advertisements, spam content or referenced to other online sites, offers or products.
  • Personal information, including email addresses, URL's, phone numbers or addresses.
